Hypnobabies is a complete childbirth course that offers tools for creating a comfortable, peaceful birth. In "Open-eyes hypnosis" Mom directs anesthesia to specific places in her body while allowing her to walk and talk freely. Mom is extremely in tune with her body and her baby.
